Who is responsible

The website belongs to Real Natural Bodybuilding LLC (mailing address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States). The mailing address is for post only; it is not an office open to visitors.

The website and its mailbox are hosted for Real Natural Bodybuilding LLC by AMAI, the agency that built the site. Enquiries sent through the form go to the mailbox info@realnaturalcoach.com, on AMAI's mail server. For any question about your data, write to info@realnaturalcoach.com.

What we collect through the form

The form does not ask for health, injury, medication or body-measurement information. Please do not include it in your message.

• Name and email address.
• Training experience (beginner, some experience or experienced).
• Your message.
• Your confirmation that you are 18 or older and that you have read this policy.
• The language you were viewing the site in (English or Spanish).

Why we use it and on what basis

We use the form data to read and answer your enquiry. The basis is your consent, given with the checkbox before sending, together with our legitimate interest in answering a message you chose to send us. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect anything done before.

Hosting and server logs

The website and its mailbox run on AMAI's own server, rented from Hetzner Online GmbH in its Falkenstein data centre in Germany. Data you send is therefore processed in the European Union (Germany). If you visit from the United States or elsewhere, your data travels to Germany.

Like most web servers, ours keeps access logs: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time. These logs rotate weekly and are kept for about four to five weeks, then deleted. They are used for security and troubleshooting only.

Protection against abuse

To limit spam, the form allows a small number of messages per hour from the same connection. For this it stores a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address together with the times of your messages. This is pseudonymised data, not anonymous data: combined with the secret salt on the server it could be linked back to an IP address. Entries older than one hour are removed the next time someone sends the form, so an entry can stay until then. The file holds only these salted hashes and times.

The form also contains a hidden field that people do not see. If it is filled in, the message is treated as automated and is not sent.

Email and retention

Your enquiry arrives as an email in the mailbox info@realnaturalcoach.com. It is kept there only as long as needed to answer you and handle any follow-up, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time. Message content is not written to the server logs and no database is used.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising. The site has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party embeds.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or receive a copy in a portable format. If you live in California, you also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and to ask us to delete it. Send your request to info@realnaturalcoach.com or through the contact form on the home page. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If the way this website handles personal data changes, this policy will be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
